Window and Glass Cleaning
All windows are cleaned by hand inside and/or outside. Each window is sprayed with our window cleaning solution and then mopped and squeegeed and dried around the edges. Window sills are washed and screens are wiped free of spider webs and dirt.
Pressure Washing
Houses are sprayed with an industry standard solution. It kills mold, mildew, and breaks loose spider webs.Then it is rinsed off with water (high pressure is not used to clean your house). All plants are sprayed with water before and after house is sprayed with cleaning solution. This service also removes pollen from your home.
Gutter Cleaning
Roof is blown off and gutters are cleaned out with a backpack blower or are cleaned out by hand depending on the situation. All debris is cleaned from the ground. You can’t even tell we were there! Unclogging downspouts is also included with gutter cleaning.
Hard Surfaces and Decks
All hard surfaces (driveways, sidewalks, patios, etc.) are cleaned with a surface cleaner that rotates like a lawn mower and cleans without blasting your concrete and grout. Decks are sprayed with a cleaning solution then cleaned with the appropriate pressure to get off the dirt and grime.
